This is a full non indicating 3 term process controller providing Proportional, Integral and Differential control to the controlled process.
Analogue Maths Processor

- Analogue mathematical processing of Multiplication, Division, Square or Square Root.
- DIN Rail Mountable
- Powered from 220V / 110V AC
The module accepts three DC input signals and performs maths functions of multiplication and division. Square and square root can also be implemented by alternative connections of the inputs.
Digital Potentiometer

- Electronic alternative to the mechanical motorized potentiometer.
- Inputs for Raise, Lower and Reset
- Ramped 0-10v or 4-20ma DC output
- 10 LED Bar graph display
- Adjustable ramping time and scaling of output.
This is an electronic alternative to the mechanical motorized potentiometer.
Up Down Ramp Generator

This module accepts a Reference voltage from a potentiometer or Analogue source and provides a ramped 0-10v bi-polar output representative of the input reference.
Front accessible trimpots provide adjustment of ramp time typically 0-30 secs and a Minimum and Span calibration of the output.
Frequency To Voltage Converter

The module accepts an input frequency of up to 10 KHz and generates a normalized analogue output of 0-10 V or 4-20 mA which is proportional to the input frequency.
Frequency ranges are selectable up to 10 kHz and front accessible trim pots allow the output to be scaled.
DC Shunt Level Detector

Settable DC Current Detector for measurement from the terminals of low voltage DC shunts.
The DC Shunt Level Detector is an in house designed module used to monitor the low level DC shunt voltage typically 50 mV and provide a relay output if the shunt voltage exceeds an adjustable trip level.
